Thursday, June 26
Early Bird registration at the hotel. No planned activities.
Friday June 27
10:30am: Gather at Historic Yellow Springs (HYS). Historic Yellow Springs, Washington Building. For GPS, Use 1709 Art School Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425. This will direct you to a handicap accessible parking lot. The actual building address is 1701 Art School Road.
11am: Presentation on 18th Century Medicine from Jennifer K. Bolton Park Ranger & Lead Historic Weapons Supervisor at Valley Forge National Historical Park
Noon: Lunch. Presentation and discussion with Tim Compton, Executive Director, HYS and Sandy Momyer, Archivist, HYS.
Afternoon and dinner on your own
6pm: Board Members Only working Board Meeting & Dinner at Wayne’s Quarters, 274 Anthony Wayne Drive, Wayne, PA 19087
Saturday, June 28
10am: Gather at Washington Memorial Chapel in Bishop White Library at 2000 Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406
11am. Presentation from Norman E. “Ned” Donoghue, II, the author of Prisoners of Congress, Philadelphia’s Quakers in Exile, 1777-1778.
12 Noon. Lunch. Sandwiches. Following lunch to – 4.pm Family Business Meeting in the Bishop White Library and family time We are scheduled until 4pm.
6:30pm. Dinner in the Smoke House at Farm Boy BBQ, Malvern, PA. Farm Boy BBQ is located at 625 N. Morehall Road, Malvern, PA. See farmboybbq.com (484-568-4403). It’s BYOB, so bring your favorite beverage.

10am. Church Service at Washington Memorial Chapel 2000 Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406

Washington Memorial Chapel will have a docent available to take us on a tour of the Chapel and grounds immediately after the service.

Our 2025 family reunion will be held on the weekend following Father’s Day: Thursday, June 26 to Sunday, June 29 in the Valley Forge area.
The hotel information for the 2025 reunion of the Otto Association
Valley Forge Hilton Embassy Suites were we have a block of 25 rooms at $159 from Wednesday, June 25 through Sunday, June 29 (Saturday night). These rooms are all large suites, and the room rate includes a full made-to-order breakfast for up to four guests per suite. We are under no obligation, but individuals must book by Wednesday, June 4; otherwise, the block goes back to the general room pool. Rooms may still be available but won’t be held for us. Check in is at 3 p.m., and check out is at noon. Any cancellations must occur 48 hours ahead to avoid charges. Incidentals and other charges will be made with the individual guest.

They will also provide us with a registration area. There is a large conference room if we need it.
As we begin to pencil in the agenda, we might use it as a base if we need it. The meeting agenda will be available soon.

We will also attempt to include the Church Service at the Washington Memorial Chapel. As some of you know, there is a plaque in the Courtyard there dedicated to Dr. Otto. Room accommodations and other details are being finalized and will be updated soon.
